Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms cover the use of Auralo, an internal tool run by NextGen Solutions in New Zealand for managing the social media, listings and websites of NextGen Solutions and the businesses it works with. Auralo isn't offered to the public. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Auralo
Only people invited by NextGen Solutions, for the businesses they're given access to. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Connecting accounts
- Only connect accounts, pages, listings and channels you're authorised to manage for the business.
- By connecting one, you allow Auralo to act on it as described in Auralo (for example, publishing approved posts, replying to comments and reviews, and updating listing details).
- You can disconnect at any time in Auralo or on the platform itself.
Content and approvals
- Each business is responsible for what is published in its name, including posts drafted with AI. Check drafts before approving them; Auralo's safety checks help but aren't a guarantee.
- Don't use Auralo to publish anything unlawful, misleading (including under the Fair Trading Act 1986), defamatory, or that breaks a platform's rules, or to upload content you don't have the right to use.
- Use of each platform (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, YouTube) is also subject to that platform's own terms.
Availability
We work to keep Auralo running and posting on time, but platforms change their services and can fail, so we can't promise that every post will go out exactly when scheduled. Auralo shows when something hasn't posted so it can be fixed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, NextGen Solutions isn't liable for indirect losses arising from the use of Auralo or from a platform's actions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that can't be excluded, where they apply.
Privacy
How Auralo handles information is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions: accounts@nextgensolutions.nz.
